 FAQs

  • Pricing begins at $3,000 per day before cleaning, delivery fee and tax.

    Multi-day rental pricing is available.

    Additional fees apply for daily restock, waste removal, deeper cleanings for long-term rentals.

  • 400 guests for up to 12 Hours OR 750 flushes

    550 guests would be the absolute max & would include staff

  • Trailer footprint is 25ft L x 12ft W x 12ft H | Please add an additional 4’ on either side for our lattice structures which hide the trailer hitch and stabilizers for a max length or 29’

  • Louvelle delivers the trailer with a pickup truck. The pathway to deliver the restroom trailer and final placement of the trailer must be free from all hazards and obstacles including tree limbs, shrubs, and other obstacles within a 25 foot radius. The trailer must be placed on a stable surface and will not be parked in dirt, mud, or sand that would cause the delivery truck to become stuck. Once the trailer is placed and stabilized, it will not be moved without an additional delivery fee of $300. 

  • The trailer needs to be within 120 feet of power with access to at least a 20 amp breaker, preferably a 30 amp breaker. The restroom trailer will need to be plugged into a separate circuit or a generator should be used.

    Placing too much load on a breaker will cause it to trip. We recommend consulting with your venue or lighting company to confirm power sources.

    Louvelle will provide a 100’ extension cord. Any more than that requires advance notice.

    • Fresh Water Capacity: 180 Gallons* - water hook up is required or prior notice of no water

    • Waste Water Capacity: 550 Gallons

    • Louvelle will provide 100’ of hose. Any more than that requires advance notice.

  • An attendant is required to be on site for all events and should be provided with a vendor meal.

    Attendant does not sit in a restroom. They will check the inside of each room every 30 minutes to perform a quick refresh, wipe down & restock, and remove trash.

  • Luxury soap, linen-like hand towels, toothpicks & mints are provided with every rental. Additional amenities are available for an additional fee. Please inquire for pricing.

  • Floral boxes do not come with florals included. Florists may provide flowers in a waterproof container measuring no larger than:
